Requirements
- Have proven experience both planning and executing organic social media strategy.
- Have experience creating content specifically for Instagram and TikTok.
- Have light video editing ability.
- Be comfortable using AI tools and Canva or similar content tools.
- Bring cultural fluency with a US audience and familiarity with reading and reacting to US trends.
- Be creative and trend-savvy, with a strong visual eye.
- Be strategic, hands-on, and execution-oriented.
- Be idea-driven, culturally aware, and proactive.
- Availability to work EST hours is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the brand’s organic presence across Instagram and TikTok.
- Create and edit static and video content using company assets, creator content, and product samples.
- Source creator-generated content and shape it into organic posts.
- Adapt content for cross-platform use and perform light video editing.
- Manage the posting cadence and organic content calendar.
- Develop and execute a creative content strategy aligned with brand goals and trends.
- Monitor US trends and translate them into on-brand social content.
- Coordinate with the affiliate/outreach role so creator content aligns with the social strategy.
