- Apply strong positioning and messaging skills grounded in customer problems and product solutions.
- Use strong project management skills to track large amounts of detail.
- Be comfortable diving into product details with product and engineering and understanding the why and how behind what is built.
- Show strong judgment and ownership, and operate autonomously while maintaining a high quality bar.
Responsibilities
- Develop positioning, messaging, and core narratives for feature releases, key launches, and strategic product narratives.
- Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to shape how products are presented to customers and the care-at-home industry.
- Bring customer insight, product understanding, and market context into product and launch decisions.
- Create and coordinate launch deliverables, including changelogs, demos, email and social copy, documentation, and go-to-market communications.
- Equip sales and customer success teams with the context and materials needed to communicate new launches.
