Requirements
- Bring significant experience as a People Partner leader in high-growth environments.
- Have experience managing a team and partnering directly with executive leaders.
- Have a track record of supporting Product, Design, and/or Engineering organizations.
- Demonstrate fluency in how technical and design teams operate.
- Bring strong business and technical acumen.
- Build deep product and technical knowledge and understand how the business operates.
- Demonstrate the ability to challenge and advise senior leaders and influence decisions and outcomes.
- Stay grounded and resilient in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic People Partner to the CTO and Chief Design Officer.
- Lead and develop a team of People Partners across Product, Design, and Engineering.
- Lead people programs in organizational design, resource management, performance, and change management.
- Drive performance, calibration, talent review, and succession-planning cycles for supported organizations.
- Partner with People and cross-functional teams to execute the People strategy across PDE.
- Use data and insights to inform recommendations, measure impact, and communicate with leaders.
- Help scale the People Partner function by developing partners and strengthening its operating model.
