Job Details

Have 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
Bring experience with systems and tool implementation, technology planning, and tech support.
Have experience with AI integrations and vendor management.
Have deep knowledge of creative production and business tools, including Apple Business Manager, Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, Frame.io, Adobe, Maxon, ServiceNow, and Active Directory.
Have experience using AI and machine learning to improve efficiency across technology workflows.
Be knowledgeable about Apple and PC products and machines.
Have experience with content security management and compliance.
Bring strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Have excellent time and project management skills.
Be available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST.

Manage and optimize technology operations for three global studios within Keywords Studios.
Create and implement technical infrastructure to support business needs and address process and systems bottlenecks.
Collaborate with global IT teams on long-term technology processes, requirements, and solutions.
Use AI and machine learning to build efficient business processes and workflows.
Partner with global information security and privacy teams on data protection and content security compliance.
Administer the group’s business systems and creative production tools.
Provide user support for Mac and PC operating systems and assess equipment needs globally.
Troubleshoot technology issues across the group.
Serve as the client point of contact for content security compliance.
Coordinate services between current vendors and outside contractors.
