Job Details

Have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in marketplace, logistics, mobility, or other operationally complex environments.
Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of user-facing product experiences with measurable impact on engagement, retention, or revenue.
Bring mobile app experience and strong UX and design instincts.
Partner effectively across Engineering, Design, and Operations.
Prioritize and execute multiple high-impact initiatives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Be comfortable working in a small engineering environment with continuous deployment and daily mobile releases.
Be comfortable pulling and analyzing data and investigating workflows.
Have hands-on experience with Figma, AI, and prototyping tools.
Communicate decisions, tradeoffs, and outcomes clearly.
Experience building or improving two-sided marketplace experiences is preferred but not required.

Own the Driver App and web carrier portal roadmap from onboarding through delivery completion.
Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention through product improvements.
Optimize job discovery, acceptance, and in-app delivery workflows.
Improve acceptance rate, cancellation rate, driver utilization, fill rate, and reliability.
Partner with Operations to understand driver pain points and translate insights into product solutions.
Establish reporting and dashboards for driver KPIs, analyze data, and prioritize work.
Collaborate with Engineering and Design on problem definition, solution exploration, and execution.
Analyze competitive products and adjacent marketplaces to identify opportunities.
Bring structure to ambiguous challenges while balancing near-term outcomes with platform scalability.
