Requirements
- Have 5+ years of product management experience.
- Ideally bring experience in B2B SaaS, real estate, or hospitality software.
- Demonstrate a track record of owning 0→1 product development, end-to-end product development, and feature development.
- Communicate exceptionally well in writing, including clearly and precisely articulating customer concerns.
- Manage multiple complex projects while maintaining focus and a regular release cadence.
- Structure projects into relevant work categories, dependencies, and priorities using a relevant tool.
- Prioritize competing demands and make trade-offs with a focus on shipping products.
- Make decisions amid uncertainty and maintain momentum independently.
- Show empathy toward customers and teammates.
Responsibilities
- Drive outcomes and own results on multi-million dollar business lines.
- Develop and implement product vision, strategy, and roadmap, breaking them into rapidly shippable projects.
- Collect and analyze customer, stakeholder, and team feedback to shape requirements, features, and end products.
- Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps informed by customer interactions and feedback.
- Partner with sales, customer support, and engineering to ship features and products that solve the right problems.
- Ensure new features launch smoothly and mostly on schedule.
- Prioritize work, set the pace of execution, and balance engineering cost with business impact.
- Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.
- Recommend ways to expand the product base and vision, and seek opportunities to innovate.
