Requirements
- Bring 3+ years of full-lifecycle Product Management experience in a client-facing, consultancy, or agency environment.
- Understand MVP prioritization frameworks, user story mapping, PRD development, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Have experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and AI-assisted design or prototyping tools such as v0.
- AWS cloud-native services experience is preferred.
- Healthcare platform and HIPAA security standards experience is preferred.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or other project management tools is preferred.
- GitHub experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate client discovery sessions to define product roadmaps, MVP boundaries, and success metrics.
- Translate client vision into Product Requirement Documents, prioritized feature backlogs, and detailed user stories.
- Conduct client product demos and manage stakeholder expectations across analysis, design, and execution.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and designers using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Unblock engineering teams, reduce delivery friction, and support autonomous decision-making.
- Manage project governance in Azure DevOps, including backlogs and delivery tracking.
- Use generative AI tools and rapid-prototyping platforms such as v0 to create wireframes and validate user experiences.
- Explore and implement AI workflows for client communication, requirements gathering, and design iterations.
- Serve as the primary client contact and guide clients through technical tradeoffs, scope, and risks.
