Requirements
- Have a clinical background in U.S. radiation oncology, such as an RN, Radiation Therapist, Medical Dosimetrist, APP, or similar.
- Have strong knowledge of radiation oncology physician workflows and clinical documentation.
- Have experience with oncology software, clinical informatics, product management, or healthcare technology.
- Be able to travel to customer sites throughout the U.S.
- Bring excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for U.S. radiation oncology customers.
- Translate physician and clinical workflow requirements into actionable product feedback.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to refine and validate new software capabilities.
- Support customer implementations, user acceptance testing, and product adoption.
- Act as the clinical escalation resource for Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams.
- Represent the organization at customer meetings, advisory boards, and industry conferences.
