Experience: 10+ years leading and managing technology and/or operations teams, with at least 5 years in a director-level or above role; 3+ years experience preferred working with a fiscal sponsor organization or comparable multi-entity structure.

Bring 10+ years of experience leading and managing technology and/or operations teams, including at least 5 years in a director-level or above role.
Demonstrate experience moving complex technology and systems projects from planning through implementation and adoption.
Have experience developing and implementing organization-wide cybersecurity and data protection policies.
Have direct experience managing security incidents, vendor risk assessments, and compliance with relevant data protection standards.
Bring hands-on experience evaluating and implementing enterprise software platforms, including grants management systems or other CRMs.
Have experience managing vendor relationships and contracts, including IT, real estate, or professional services, and demonstrate negotiation outcomes.
Have experience directly supervising staff and teams.
Be able to handle sensitive personnel or organizational matters.
Have experience presenting to or advising senior leadership or board-level audiences.
Have experience operating in a remote-first or hybrid, growth-stage organization.
Three or more years working with a fiscal sponsor organization or comparable multi-entity structure is preferred.
Nonprofit or mission-driven sector experience and Salesforce experience are preferred.

Lead major technology and systems initiatives and align long-term goals and projects with organizational strategy.
Develop roadmaps, timelines, and change-management plans for technology and operational projects.
Partner with directors and fiscally sponsored project staff to select and use technology platforms.
Oversee Salesforce CRM/database design, maintenance, and management with the Grants Management and Development directors.
Manage technology contractors and support services and assess emerging tools.
Develop cybersecurity policies and solutions, and lead data privacy compliance and business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
Advise organizational leadership on technology strategy, operational risk, and resource allocation.
Oversee the technology and operations budget and staff responsible for offices, leases, and co-working locations.
Collaborate with Human Resources on health and safety programs and support staff retreats and in-person connections.
