Job Details

Have 5+ years of experience in product.
Have hands-on ownership of EOR, HR tech, or complex B2B workflow products, such as onboarding, compliance, or operations platforms.
Have a track record of shipping and scaling a product built on real operational complexity, ideally through a growth phase.
Bring strong discovery skills and form independent views from customers and data.
Have hands-on experience with AI as both a product surface and a working tool.
Be comfortable working in depth with employment law, compliance requirements, and country-specific processes.
Have experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams across time zones.
Direct experience at an EOR, PEO, or global payroll provider is a plus.
Experience building internal tooling or automation for operations teams is a plus.

Own the EOR employee lifecycle, including quotes, onboarding, contracts, country compliance, benefits, employment changes, and offboarding.
Set the EOR product roadmap and decide what gets built.
Lead discovery with customers, prospects, employees, and operations teams.
Turn customer success escalations, operations pain points, sales objections, prospect calls, and support tickets into a clear, prioritised view.
Translate employment law, compliance requirements, and country-specific processes into scalable product flows.
Own internal platforms and AI agents for EOR operations, including onboarding and contract automation, compliance checks, operations workflows, and support tooling.
Coordinate execution across product, engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams across time zones.
Work closely with Payroll where EOR and payroll meet.
