Requirements
- Have 3+ years' experience in communications, public relations, healthcare marketing, or a related field.
- Bring agency and healthcare communications experience.
- Demonstrate project management and organizational skills, including balancing multiple projects independently.
- Have experience producing high-quality, client-ready materials and responding to emails, phone calls, and requests.
- Have experience establishing communication and engagement with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date book of business.
- Bring research skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Healthcare/Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the daily management of client accounts and build relationships through proactive communication and service.
- Manage projects and workstreams, delivering timelines, budgets, and deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Develop communications materials, including press releases, Q&As, reports, presentations, social media content, and partner communications.
- Coordinate program-related external engagements and events with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to strategic planning, client recommendations, and new business activities, including research, proposals, and presentations.
- Monitor industry trends and apply insights to client programs and communications.
