Job Details

Have experience building global sourcing strategies and engaging passive candidates.
Establish structured, competency-based assessments in collaboration with technical leaders.
Interpret recruitment pipeline data, assess market trends, and use insights to guide decisions.
Bring prioritization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Build trusted relationships with candidates and internal teams.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex engineering, data, platform infrastructure, and senior technical leadership roles.
Own recruitment strategy for critical technical positions and advise engineering and data leadership.
Use AI tools and talent intelligence platforms to improve sourcing, market research, candidate engagement, and recruitment workflows.
Partner with technical leaders to define role scorecards, refine interview rubrics, and establish competency-based assessment frameworks.
Develop global sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates across competitive talent markets.
Monitor recruitment analytics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-value, and quality of hire.
Improve candidate journeys and support technical interviewers in delivering consistent assessments.
Identify bottlenecks, manage stakeholder expectations, and refine recruitment strategies.
