Requirements
- Have 6+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing, direct search, and headhunting.
- Bring proven executive search experience, including identifying and closing senior and C-level candidates through proactive direct approaches.
- Have a strong track record recruiting commercial talent, particularly in sales, business development, and account management across the UK and Europe.
- Have experience in recruitment or executive search agencies or in-house talent teams; international fintech or payments experience is ideal.
- Work autonomously, organize priorities, manage searches independently, and proactively address obstacles.
- Persist in engaging hard-to-reach passive candidates and building pipelines from scratch.
- Manage stakeholders confidently, including senior hiring managers, executives, and business leaders.
- Demonstrate candidate assessment and communication abilities and a strong understanding of commercial talent markets.
- Have C1-level or higher English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Be fluent in Russian.
- Show strong organization and attention to detail when managing multiple searches and recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for commercial positions across the UK and Europe, from individual contributor and account manager roles to senior leadership.
- Lead executive searches through market mapping, target-company identification, talent-pool development, and direct outreach to passive candidates.
- Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, professional communities, referrals, industry events, personal networks, and other sourcing channels.
- Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage passive candidates and qualify opportunities.
- Advise hiring managers and executives on market conditions, candidate availability, compensation expectations, profile requirements, and hiring timelines.
- Assess candidates and present focused shortlists with clear rationale and evidence of fit.
- Manage offers, negotiations, candidate expectations, and engagement through the candidate's first day.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and keep the applicant tracking system up to date; report on pipeline health, hiring activity, and results.
- Share sourcing techniques, market knowledge, and search methodologies with the talent acquisition team.
