Requirements
- Have hands-on experience administering a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld environment.
- Bring strong NetSuite technical skills, including SuiteScript, SuiteQL, saved searches, role management, and release management.
- Have owned an ERP or billing system implementation or migration from planning through deployment.
- Understand how Stripe data flows into an ERP and supports revenue recognition processes.
- Have experience designing, building, and maintaining integrations through iPaaS platforms or custom code.
- Have strong SQL skills and the ability to troubleshoot data flows, build reconciliations, and configure automated alerts.
- Understand Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and associated financial controls.
- Use AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor regularly and prefer automating repetitive workflows.
- Collaborate with accountants, software engineers, data specialists, and auditors.
- Bring problem-solving skills, technical ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage NetSuite end to end, including multi-subsidiary configuration, chart of accounts, segments, scripting, workflows, and release management.
- Maintain user roles, permissions, and segregation of duties to support financial controls and public-company requirements.
- Own integrations between Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob, and NetSuite, including data flows into the analytics warehouse.
- Build and maintain integrations using iPaaS platforms or custom code.
- Design automated reconciliations and alerts to identify data inconsistencies and integration failures.
- Lead selection, implementation, and rollout of new finance systems, including usage-based billing and equity administration solutions.
- Manage finance systems setup for new legal entities.
- Partner with Automation and Data teams to develop AI-powered agents and workflows for finance operations.
- Automate invoice coding, people-cost reconciliations, and accounting requests.
- Provide systems expertise for pricing models, new geographies, and audit readiness.
