Job Details

Have personally administered a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld instance.
Have experience with SuiteScript/SuiteQL, saved searches, roles, and releases.
Have owned an ERP or billing implementation or migration end to end.
Understand how Stripe data flows into an ERP and into revenue recognition.
Build integrations through iPaaS or code that reconcile and alert when something breaks.
Be comfortable working with SQL.
Understand R2R, P2P, O2C, and the controls behind them.
Be able to work with accountants, engineers, and auditors.
Use AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor and automate workflows.
Be able to operate in CET timezones.

Run NetSuite end to end, including multi-subsidiary setup, chart of accounts and segments, scripting and workflows, release management, roles, and segregation of duties.
Own integrations between Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob, NetSuite, and the data warehouse.
Build reconciliations and alerts so month-end processes reconcile by design.
Lead selection and rollout of new systems, including usage-based billing and equity administration.
Handle finance system setup for each new entity.
Build AI agents and automations with the Automations and Data teams for invoice coding, people-cost reconciliations, and accounting requests.
Advise on finance systems considerations for new pricing models, new geographies, and audit readiness.
