Requirements
- Have at least 4 years of Salesforce experience.
- Have at least 3 years specializing in Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Revenue Cloud or RCA), CPQ, or Salesforce Billing projects.
- Understand pricing and discounting calculations, proration, and accounting operations such as billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Have hands-on experience with document generation, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and e-signature tools.
- Understand Salesforce integrations with third-party platforms such as NetSuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, SureTax, Chargent, or Dynamics 365.
- Be proficient in Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, Lightning components, and customizations.
- Have experience building and extending custom quoting and pricing solutions on Salesforce.
- Be familiar with Apex and OmniScript; experience with JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce is also listed.
- Have knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, sales performance analytics, and integration concepts such as MuleSoft, Workato, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Have experience with technical design documentation, Salesforce coding best practices, design patterns, test-driven development, deployments, and DevOps tools such as Gearset, Prodly, or Copado.
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Data Architecture and Management Designer, and Sharing and Visibility Architect certifications are listed; Platform Developer II and Agentforce Revenue Management/Revenue Cloud/RCA or Salesforce CPQ and Billing certifications or experience are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom code solutions using Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, Lightning Components, OmniScript, and Business Rules Engine.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects on client solutions and provide detailed solution designs and data models.
- Develop strategies to address complex technical challenges and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Perform code reviews and unit testing for client use cases.
- Assist with deployments between environments and run data deployments to test features.
- Commit changes to source control, open pull requests, and review and merge work.
- Run production releases and roll back or restore releases when needed.
- Manage technical collateral for project handoff.
