Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with SAP Sales and Distribution processes.
- Knowledge of sales orders, contracts, quotations, scheduling agreements, pricing, billing, and credit/debit memos.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash processes, including sell-from-stock, non-stock, and service sales.
- Knowledge of customer returns and domestic and international intercompany transactions.
- Experience supporting complex pricing configurations, including per-case fee conditions, and troubleshooting billing and invoicing.
- Experience or familiarity with AI-driven sales order automation using unstructured data.
- Experience or familiarity with automated order closure and invoicing through third-party logistics providers.
- Understanding of SAP SD integrations with online ordering platforms, EDI solutions such as SPS Commerce, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to assess business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
- Ability to work independently remotely and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- The description states an approximately 20-hour-per-week schedule, four hours per day, and an initial contract commitment of six months or longer.
Responsibilities
- Configure, support, and optimize sales order and contract processes, including quotations, scheduling agreements, and sell-from-stock transactions.
- Manage pricing procedures, including per-case fee conditions, and support billing, credit memos, and debit memos.
- Support customer returns, including intercompany and lean return processes, and domestic and international intercompany sales.
- Handle non-stock and service sales processes in SAP SD.
- Support AI-based sales order processing that extracts and interprets information from unstructured data.
- Support third-party logistics automation for sales order closure and invoicing.
- Contribute to integrations between SAP SD and online ordering platforms, SPS Commerce EDI, and Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
