Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and integration development.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce implementation and support processes.
- Experience in software implementation for Legal Technology preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies such as Luminance, Litify, Agiloft, Ironclad, Onit, TeamConnect, iManage, and NetDocuments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for issue resolution.
- Customer-focused mindset with experience in client onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Salesforce and other Legal focused software solutions based on customer requirements.
- Engage with clients to understand their business processes and recommend suitable configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently, coordinating with technical teams as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project clarity and alignment.
- Serve as a liaison between product, engineering, and customers to advocate for user needs and product improvements.
- Create documentation, training materials, and internal knowledge bases.
- Manage multiple priorities throughout implementation or support lifecycles.
- Identify areas for process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
