Requirements
- Have 5+ years of professional Salesforce experience with hands-on development and implementation expertise.
- Develop with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Salesforce APIs, integrations, triggers, custom objects, validation rules, and automation.
- Have experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or comparable Quote-to-Cash platforms.
- Understand quoting, pricing, approvals, contracting, amendments, renewals, and billing processes.
- Have experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Core products such as Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Understand Salesforce platform architecture, including security and sharing, profiles, permission sets, data modeling, governor limits, deployments, and platform automation.
- Have experience with REST and SOAP integrations, platform events, batch and scheduled Apex, queueable Apex, and enterprise data synchronization.
- Be familiar with middleware such as MuleSoft, Workato, or similar integration platforms.
- Have experience with version control, CI/CD, Salesforce DX, sandbox management, metadata deployments, and release management.
- Demonstrate AI-native development practices, including LLM-assisted development, prompt engineering, rapid prototyping, and AI-assisted documentation or code generation.
- Use AI tools responsibly while maintaining code quality, security, testing standards, and Salesforce best practices.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Administrator, or Platform App Builder are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across Quote-to-Cash, revenue operations, service processes, and business workflows.
- Build and enhance CPQ and revenue solutions for quoting, pricing, approvals, contracting, amendments, renewals, and billing handoffs.
- Customize Salesforce with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, triggers, validation rules, custom objects, and approval processes.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and billing, finance, and enterprise systems.
- Design and support API integrations using REST, SOAP, platform events, batch Apex, scheduled Apex, and queueable Apex.
- Manage development and release processes using version control, Salesforce DX, CI/CD, sandbox environments, and metadata deployments.
- Troubleshoot production issues, investigate root causes, and optimize platform performance.
- Apply Salesforce security and governance practices across sharing models, profiles, permission sets, data models, automation, and access controls.
- Use AI tools and conversational AI workflows to generate, test, debug, and document code and solution prototypes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, communicate technical trade-offs, and contribute to solution design and knowledge sharing.
