Have 4+ years of software engineering experience.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in Node.js.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in MongoDB.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in REST APIs.
Have experience building scalable backend systems and microservices.
Understand distributed systems and asynchronous processing.
Have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
Be familiar with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
Have strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Be able to work independently with ownership and accountability.
Experience with Vue.js or React.js is an additional skill.
Experience with Ads APIs or MarTech products is an additional skill.
Familiarity with event-driven architectures, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies is an additional skill.

Design and build scalable backend services and APIs for Ads Manager.
Develop integrations with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other ad ecosystems.
Build systems for campaign publishing, audience targeting, attribution tracking, analytics and reporting, and ad automation workflows.
Improve campaign publishing reliability and reduce user drop-offs.
Collaborate with Product and Design during requirement and feasibility discussions.
Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code and contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices.
Own features end-to-end and participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
Work with QA and cross-functional teams to support quality releases and communicate blockers and progress.
