Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Have 1–3 years of experience in resource coordination, resource management, project coordination, or a related field.
- Have strong working knowledge of Salesforce and project lifecycle management.
- Bring experience in resource management and operations, ideally within a professional services organization.
- Demonstrate problem-solving, critical thinking, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Have strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills and a customer service mindset.
- Build collaborative relationships with Project Managers, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bring a proactive, flexible approach and adapt quickly in a growing, changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate project forecasts by collaborating with individual contributors, Project Managers, and People Managers.
- Identify and align technical resources to project needs based on skills, experience, availability, and timing.
- Work with Practice Leaders to identify, review, and validate resource requests against current and anticipated project demand.
- Partner with Sales to validate pre-delivery requirements and support handoffs into Professional Services.
- Review Sales pipeline data and validate key information for forecasting and resource planning.
- Lead resource planning meetings with Practice Leaders to review demand, staffing needs, and project assignments.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and scale resource management processes.
