Requirements

  • Bring 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Product and Technology/Engineering roles.
  • Demonstrate ability to recruit across both Product and Engineering and move between disciplines as priorities change.
  • Have working knowledge of engineering roles, tech stacks, and technical concepts sufficient to screen candidates and partner with technical hiring managers.
  • Have recruiting experience in fintech, payments, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Manage a high-volume, high-urgency requisition load while maintaining candidate experience.
  • Have experience working with a modern ATS.
  • Have recruited individual contributor and leadership-level roles across Product and Engineering.
  • Be familiar with structured interview and scorecard methodologies, including technical assessments and coding or system design interview loops.
  • Have strong communication skills and comfort partnering with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to understand hiring needs and build recruiting strategies for each role.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Product and Technology roles, from intake through offer.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of product, software engineering, and other technical talent, with attention to fintech or payments experience.
  • Advise hiring managers on market data, leveling, and positioning the company for Product and Engineering talent.
  • Flex across Product, Engineering, and adjacent technical searches as business needs evolve.
  • Refine sourcing and interview approaches, including technical assessment and evaluation practices.
