- Have 8+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth tech startups.
- Have a track record of closing hard-to-find technical talent, including machine learning engineers or other specialized roles.
- Have experience building systems and tooling to scale recruiting.
- Have experience hiring in multiple geographies.
- Have worked in international, remote-first environments.
- Be tech savvy and know how to apply AI to make recruiting more effective.
- Be a trusted hiring partner who can influence hiring decisions effectively.
- Be based in the UK, Europe or the East Coast of North America.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from role definition and sourcing through interviewing, coordination and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand team needs, shape role requirements and design hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking and application review.
- Guide candidates through the interview process and coordinate across teams and timezones.
- Build and refine recruiting systems, processes, brand and network.
- Use data and feedback to optimize hiring practices and improve outcomes.
- Support other roles, including product or go-to-market roles, depending on business needs.
- Pitch in across the people team as needed.
