- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of full life-cycle technical recruitment experience.
- Recruiting experience for engineers, QA professionals, and designers in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Experience leveraging AI and modern sourcing platforms, including Juicebox, x-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and Claude/ChatGPT.
- Ability to use data and dashboards to manage hiring pipelines and advise senior leadership.
- Proficiency in pipeline management and reporting using Ashby or a similar ATS.
- Storytelling, marketing, and closing skills for engaging and securing talent.
- Project management approach focused on milestones and continuous cycle improvement.
- Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Curiosity about the technology industry and identity fraud prevention.
Responsibilities
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting for critical Software Engineering, QA, and other Technology Department roles.
- Use recruitment technology and AI tools to identify and attract talent.
- Build live dashboards, automate processes, and research evolving market trends.
- Partner with hiring managers on funnel health, hiring progress, and strategic sourcing insights.
- Engage passive candidates and communicate Socure’s value proposition.
- Close candidates by presenting Socure as a choice for their career growth.
- Analyze data and optimize the recruitment cycle.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on employer branding and operational excellence.
