Responsibilities
- Search for and match qualified candidates using the company database, professional media channels, job boards, and other resources.
- Interview applicants to determine their qualifications.
- Analyze candidate responses, verify references, and compare qualifications with job requirements.
- Maintain relationships with professional networks to source qualified candidates.
- Cold call candidates to gauge interest in current and future opportunities.
- Keep the company’s candidate records up to date and complete.
- Follow up with new and existing candidates and inform them about current opportunities.
