Requirements

  • Have 3–5 years of high-performance experience in rigorous, analytical roles.

  • Be comfortable with cold calling, lead sourcing, and managing your own inbox alongside strategic negotiations.
  • Show technical fluency and curiosity to pitch complex API/AI products to developers and business leaders.
  • Clearly articulate complex value propositions and translate between the market and internal product teams.
  • Have a hunter mentality focused on closing revenue.
  • Have excellent English communication skills for US roles.
  • Nice to have: experience at a Seed or Series A startup launching a new product or market segment.
  • Nice to have: a network of decision-makers in filmmaking, marketing agencies, or organizations producing digital and creative assets at scale.
  • Nice to have: API expertise, including familiarity with endpoints, latency, and integration roadmaps, or knowledge of agency and D2C marketing creative workflows.
  • Nice to have: experience configuring outbound tools or building your own sales operations setup.

Responsibilities

  • Refine the ideal customer profile, configure the tech stack, launch outbound outreach, and conduct discovery calls.
  • Build qualified pipeline, establish a bi-weekly feedback loop with Product, and advance deals to proposal stages.
  • Close initial deals and document a preliminary, repeatable sales motion.
  • Identify target accounts, source contact data, and build a data-driven outbound engine.
  • Lead discovery calls to uncover operational pain points related to design bottlenecks, API integrations, and asset creation.
  • Guide prospects through product demos, technical evaluations, pricing negotiations, and contract signatures.
  • Synthesize why deals are stalling and report market feedback to founders and product leads.
  • Document effective email templates, call scripts, and objection-handling techniques.
