Requirements
- Have 6+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, and React/React Native.
- Have a strong engineering foundation.
- Have a track record of implementing, testing, and maintaining reliable backend services.
- Have experience owning projects end to end.
- Be able to work closely with non-technical stakeholders to design and build features.
- Be able to contribute to technical discussions across teams and technology stacks.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain robust APIs.
- Build and maintain reliable backend services.
- Integrate with third parties.
- Streamline customer workflows and improve customer experiences.
- Track down and fix bugs.
- Work with Customer Success and Engineering to identify and address common customer pain points.
- Improve the internal tools and systems used by the Customer Success team.
- Own projects end to end.
