Requirements
- Have 8 to 12 years of software engineering experience.
- Bring a backend-heavy engineering background.
- Have shipped customer-facing web applications.
- Have experience as a founder or at an early-stage startup.
- Be proficient with React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and modern web development.
- Have experience with CI/CD and Kubernetes.
- Bring experience with marketplaces, e-commerce, or business workflows such as inventory management and invoicing.
- Be familiar with planning and writing specifications for AI-assisted development.
- Be willing to support customers and collaborate during US-compatible hours.
Responsibilities
- Design and build backend services and frontend features for inventory management, orders, RFQs, and invoicing.
- Plan features and write specifications for AI coding agents.
- Review and validate code produced by AI coding agents.
- Develop identity verification workflows, team messaging integrations, live chat, and AI-assisted customer support capabilities.
- Own systems end to end, including deployment, production reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Contribute to product discussions.
- Monitor customer support requests and resolve tickets.
