Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent additional directly related experience in place of a degree.
- Have strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining full stack web applications.
- Be proficient with React, including Context API and Hooks.
- Have backend development experience with C#/.NET and JavaScript or TypeScript technologies such as Node.js, Next.js, and Express.
- Understand API design, data integration, software architecture, and application performance.
- Have experience with geospatial technologies such as ESRI, PostGIS, or Mapbox.
- Be able to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Have experience designing or contributing to agentic systems, including multi-step workflows or multi-agent applications.
- Understand RAG patterns, agent orchestration, and agent-to-agent communication models.
- Be familiar with AI development tools or assistants such as Claude or Cursor.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications.
- Build, integrate, and optimize REST, GraphQL, and other APIs.
- Apply code quality, security, performance, and testing practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to AI-powered features, agent-based workflows, and multi-step or multi-agent systems.
- Support RAG, vector-based data access, contextual retrieval, and agent orchestration architectures.
- Develop and execute automated testing strategies.
- Deploy applications through CI/CD pipelines and work with DevOps teams on monitoring, scalability, and production readiness.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across frontend, backend, API, and integration layers.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, DevOps specialists, and domain experts on product features.
- Review code, improve engineering practices, and mentor junior developers.
