Requirements
- Have 3-5 years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, or presales engineering.
- Demonstrate a track record of winning deals by communicating value and differentiation.
- Have a strong understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs and generative models, and their business applications.
- Have technical proficiency with APIs.
- Have technical proficiency with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Shopify, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
- Understand integration methodologies.
- Bring strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Run discovery with customer service leaders to understand operational challenges.
- Design automation-first solutions for complex deals and show how generative AI can fit clients' businesses.
- Build custom, prospect-branded demos of Ada across chat, email, and voice.
- Create reusable demo assets for the team.
- Lead technical evaluations and proofs of concept.
- Hand off clear technical scoping to the Professional Services team for closed deals.
- Own technical responses to RFPs and security questionnaires for assigned deals.
- Share recurring product gaps from the field with Product and Engineering.
