Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of combined experience in learning and development, enablement, organizational development, HR, or a related field.
- Have experience leading engaging enablement workshops across live, in-person, and remote formats.
- Have experience designing and delivering manager development and onboarding programs.
- Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to develop structured curriculum and learning objectives.
- Have experience using AI to automate workflows, analyze insights, or create curriculum.
- Be able to maintain learning technology systems.
- Build trust and credibility with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate findings to audiences at every level.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills and a track record of shipping programs and learning assets on deadline.
- Measure program impact and report results to leaders.
Responsibilities
- Own program lifecycles from planning and development through delivery and assessment.
- Design and facilitate enablement workshops and learning solutions for employees at all levels.
- Partner with People Business Partners to identify talent gaps and build manager and leadership programs.
- Own onboarding and new-hire enablement programs.
- Build playbooks, training, and job aids for PBPs and Shared Services on calibration, employee relations, and change management.
- Experiment with and implement AI-powered tools to automate workflows and personalize curriculum.
- Use completion and impact data to inform learning strategy.
