Job Details

At least 7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
A proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
A record of closing enterprise deals of $100k+.
Recent experience selling to CPG, retail, ingredient supplier, or food service clients in Europe.
Understanding or professional background in agriculture, sustainability, Scope 3 reporting or carbon accounting, supply systems, biodiversity, or ESG goals.
Experience building territory plans and forecasting accurately.
Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise procurement processes.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Additional European languages such as German, French, or Dutch are a plus.
Comfort working in a lean, mission-driven remote team across time zones.

Define and execute the European go-to-market plan, including target accounts, segment priorities, and territory planning.
Research and prospect to generate enterprise opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM pipeline data and forecasts.
Lead executive presentations and consultative discussions demonstrating Latis's value.
Close SaaS agreements of $100k+ against an annual quota.
Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Research on messaging, onboarding handoffs, and account expansion.
Track European market trends and regulatory developments, including CSRD and related reporting requirements.
Relay client feedback to inform HowGood’s product roadmap.
Represent HowGood at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across Europe.
