- Have 0–1 years of experience; early-career professionals and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Graduates in BBA, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Have fluent written and spoken English skills and confidence leading candidate calls.
- Learn job descriptions across technical and non-technical domains and synthesize information quickly.
- Be receptive to feedback and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
- Be comfortable working toward daily operational goals.
- Show interest in team leadership, coaching, and operational performance tracking.
- Experience with Airtable or Slack, or a strong interest in startup hiring, is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Lead introductory and evaluation calls to assess candidates’ technical and non-technical fit against client requirements.
- Research client roles to guide candidates through the process and answer their questions.
- Collect candidate insights against structured rubric points and client interview standards.
- Manage candidate communication, feedback loops, status updates, and handoffs to Account Managers.
- Use Airtable, Slack, and CRM tools for reporting and operational work.
- Coach a sub-team of 2–3 associates, track daily metrics, and drive corrective actions as a POD Lead.
- Help build and mentor the POD team while maintaining screening standards.
