Requirements
- Show repeated examples of making content go viral for a brand, app, or personal channel, and explain why it worked and what it cost.
- Have experience running creator or UGC programs with many creators at once.
- Be able to negotiate creator rates and write briefs that support native-feeling content.
- Understand how TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts distribute content, including hooks and format fatigue.
- Develop creative ideas and test them with small budgets, clear kill rules, and measurement.
- Track reach, engagement, and cost per view using underlying data rather than screenshots.
- Be fast and capable in spreadsheets.
- SQL or Python skills are a plus.
- Experience as a creator or managing pages with a real following is a plus.
- Interest in media, entertainment, gaming, or social is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a creator network, including finding, briefing, paying, and retaining creators and pages.
- Seed products into relevant formats and communities at the right time and volume.
- Identify emerging formats and memes and act on them quickly.
- Run frequent low-cost experiments, define success and kill criteria, and turn winning tests into repeatable playbooks.
- Find new channels and communities where attention is available at low cost.
- Coordinate with the Growth Manager to scale organic winners through paid channels and apply paid learnings to organic growth.
- Measure reach, engagement, saves, shares, and cost per view using platform data.
- Build trackers, scripts, and automations using platform data and AI tools.
