Job Details

Build a driver-based company model or long-range plan from scratch and use it to drive real decisions.
Run annual budget and reforecast cycles end to end at a high-growth tech company.
Turn financial numbers into a clear narrative for executives or the board.
Apply strong commercial judgment, including unit economics and gross profit.
Have recommendations that get implemented.
Be hands-on with a planning tool such as Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or similar.
Be comfortable with SQL and working from a data warehouse.
Use AI tools every day.
Bonus: experience with usage-based or consumption revenue, IPO readiness or public-company FP&A, hands-on Pigment, or building a team.

Build and own the driver-based company model and opex model in Pigment.
Bring commercial, product, and compute finance inputs into one model of record.
Run the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts end to end.
Manage headcount envelopes and G&A forecasting with budget owners.
Set up monthly results, budget-versus-actuals, and functional review cadences.
Set up quarterly business reviews and prepare the financial section of the board pack.
Evaluate major investments and bring capital allocation discipline to hiring, compute, and strategic spend.
