- Successful background in Digital Product Design.
- Strong skills in Product Design and UI Design.
- Familiarity with Product Strategy and Service Design is advantageous.
- Experience or knowledge of web accessibility is a plus.
- Deep understanding of Information Architecture.
- Official UX/UI training and substantial professional experience required.
- Interest or experience in AI is a bonus.
- Coding skills (HTML, CSS, JS, Swift) are beneficial but not essential.
- Define product design strategy from long-term vision.
- Visualize responsive websites and applications.
- Make structural design decisions for feature sets.
- Deliver quality design work to inspire clients.
- Balance user, business, and technical requirements.
- Create complex wireframes following visual-design guidelines.
- Collaborate with product teams on functionality within visual design framework.
- Define and document new interaction design patterns.
- Utilize design software competently and learn new software quickly.
- Conduct User Research and Usability Testing.
- Incorporate user feedback into design decisions.
