Job Details

Demonstrate accountability and reliability.

Show excellent attention to detail and a high level of autonomy.
Be able to learn and adapt to new technologies, including sophisticated software tools.
Be proactive, prioritize effectively, multitask, and adapt to changing conditions.
Be able to follow technical instructions to resolve complex issues.
Have good proficiency in English.
Live in Mexico City or Estado de México.
A valid driving license and warehouse work experience are a plus.
Experience with RTS, 2D/3D simulators, and racing games is an additional asset.

Use remote control tools to monitor and assist robot navigation at designated sites.
Identify and address issues proactively to support continuous site operations.
Coordinate with colleagues to ensure coverage at each site.
Document robot operations and report daily status during the Daily Shift call.
Create tickets for issues and escalate them to Tier 2 support when necessary.
Identify critical issues and escalate them to a manager or the next level as required.
Recommend opportunities to streamline customer and robot operations.
Assist internal teams with project-related requests.
Train new agents through shadowing and guidance.
Prioritize and complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
