Requirements
- Have 3+ years of relevant experience in People Operations.
- Bring experience partnering with go-to-market teams, such as sales or customer success, or broader People experience in programs or talent.
- Show a learning-oriented approach and a record of taking on unfamiliar work.
- Have experience using AI tools to improve how you work.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, iterative environment and adapt to changes in focus and direction.
- Demonstrate analytical capability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to plan, scope, and carry projects from design through delivery.
- Use data to identify insights and inform business decisions.
- Bring communication, consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and GTM leaders to align talent priorities with business outcomes.
- Diagnose team, manager, and organizational needs and recommend business-aligned solutions.
- Drive continuous talent management, compensation and rewards programs, and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with Regional People Partners, Program Managers, and Centers of Excellence to deliver strategic people solutions.
- Role model and embed Samsara's cultural principles as the company scales.
- Travel roughly once per quarter for leadership offsites, business strategy meetings, and key team gatherings.
