Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Computer Systems, or Management Information Systems, or a high school degree with 10+ years of equivalent work experience.
- Have experience with ServiceNow.
- Be familiar with SOX, NIST publications, and CMMC requirements.
- Ability to identify and manage technical issues across platforms, applications, and systems, and plan solutions according to standardized processes is a bonus.
- Experience with Linux/Unix, Windows, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, SQL, LDAP, and web services is a bonus.
- Experience with Privileged Access Management (PIM/PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) is a bonus.
- Security+, CISSP, CEH, CISA, CRISC, or CISM certification is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational guidance for the security component of identity and access management programs.
- Train teams on security compliance methodologies and implement process improvements.
- Prepare and review audit reports, and gather information to plan audits and special reviews.
- Oversee reviews of policy and standards exceptions, including data gathering and leadership reviews.
- Lead client kickoff, closing, and other meetings, presenting relevant observations and conclusions.
- Assist with administration of the annual certification process required by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other federal requirements.
- Lead control reviews for new processes and procedures or contribute to projects that improve the control environment.
- Develop recommendations with business units to strengthen internal controls, prevent fraud, and improve operating processes.
- Work with Architects, Engineers, Product Owners, and other Security Specialists; execute service reports and gather metrics.
- Document changes, enhancements, and lifecycle events.
