Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience with observability and metrics tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ElasticSearch.
- Have 3+ years of experience working with data querying and pipelines such as SQL, Airflow, Trino, or SQS.
- Have working knowledge of network fundamentals and hardware, such as Cisco and Palo Alto.
- Have experience with Infrastructure as Code.
- Have hands-on experience with CI/CD and automation tooling such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, or GitHub Actions.
- Have experience working across AWS, GCP, or Oracle Cloud.
- Be comfortable working in ticket- and workflow-driven environments using Jira and Confluence.
- Be able to participate in a rotating on-call and incident response schedule, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the ticket queue, resolving requests and identifying recurring categories to automate or deflect.
- Participate in a rotating on-call and incident response schedule, including weekends, and troubleshoot and document issues in real time.
- Build and maintain monitoring dashboards using Tableau, Superset, or Grafana to track service health, availability, and data quality.
- Use AI-assisted tools such as Claude and Copilot for triage, root-cause analysis, scripting, and documentation, applying hands-on judgment when needed.
- Write and maintain code in Python, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Bash to automate operational workflows.
- Partner with global stakeholder teams to drive issues to resolution.
