Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, data management, provider network operations, or credentialing/enrollment support.
- Analyze operational data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and implement structured solutions using Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Manipulate, clean, and validate datasets of 1,000+ rows for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify patterns, anomalies, and root causes in structured data.
- Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate progress and blockers clearly to stakeholders.
- Translate operational data and findings into clear summaries for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred: experience with provider roster management, network reconciliation, or bulk data operations.
- Preferred: experience with workflow automation, scripting, or low-code tools such as Google Apps Script, Zapier, Make, or Python for data manipulation.
- Preferred: experience with BI or reporting tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, and basic SQL queries.
- Preferred: experience with CRM, database, or ticketing platforms such as Salesforce, Airtable, or Zendesk.
Responsibilities
- Validate data pipelines with the roster automation lead.
- Execute bulk enrollment record updates.
- Maintain reconciliation workflows across 50+ payer networks.
- Build and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
- Create real-time visibility into enrollment and roster status.
- Scope operational requirements for new initiatives before execution.
- Analyze operational data and resolve data discrepancies.
- Communicate progress and blockers to stakeholders.
