Requirements
- Have rigorous analytical training from management consulting, professional services advisory, a corporate management associate program, or a strategy or operations role at a high-growth company.
- Build clean spreadsheet analyses and draw sound conclusions from them.
- Write polished English, including executive-ready slides and one-page summaries.
- Be able to work full U.S. business hours (Eastern Time).
- Hold a bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
- Learn new tools, documents, and industries quickly.
- Experience working remotely with U.S. teams or clients is a nice to have.
- Exposure to U.S. healthcare or pharmacy is a nice to have.
- Experience automating workflows with AI is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the COO to drive company priorities and own projects across finance, legal, and customer operations from start to finish.
- Find inefficiencies across teams and use AI and automation in tools like Linear and Pylon to reduce manual work.
- Design and document processes, then train teams to adopt them.
- Run the leadership team's operating rhythm by tracking commitments, gathering updates, and following through.
- Build and own dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership.
- Support finance operations, including collections follow-up.
- Conduct competitive and industry research and present clear recommendations to leadership.
- Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and unowned work across the company and act on them.
