Requirements
- Have 4+ years of work experience with exposure to the IT project lifecycle.
- Have experience managing and implementing software projects end to end.
- Have experience managing client relationships and expectations.
- Have led teams through a project cycle.
- Be able to lead client discussions and present effectively.
- Experience in ERP or CRM is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce clouds, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, or CPQ, is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan, allocate, and manage project resources.
- Guide team members to produce high-quality work.
- Set client expectations and manage client relationships.
- Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and clients to understand needs and validate designs.
- Facilitate process discussions and lead user experience sessions with clients.
- Help clients understand and adopt solutions.
- Support the team and help identify and hire talented individuals.
