Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience.
- Have pharmaceutical marketing agency experience; AOR experience is preferred.
- Have a bachelor's degree (BA).
- Have experience managing large cross-functional teams, including account services, creative, strategy, database, interactive, and print production.
- Have experience working with multiple vendors and managing their timelines and needs.
- Have experience using MS Project or SmartSheets.
- Have advanced experience using a project management financial platform.
- Have excellent Excel skills.
- Have experience leading process improvement efforts.
- Have excellent written and verbal skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project development according to established business processes and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit medical/legal materials according to client guidelines.
- Create project status documents and lead daily and weekly production meetings.
- Develop project milestones and detailed schedules, and ensure deliverables meet schedule requirements.
- Develop staffing plans, monitor project and campaign budgets, and lead monthly reconciliation meetings.
- Identify project risks and coordinate internal and external resources.
- Manage vendor and agency partner relationships regarding execution and deliverables.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and maintain project management systems of record.
- Present capabilities and processes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support training and manage assistant project managers, including bi-weekly one-on-one meetings.
