Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience.
- Have pharmaceutical marketing agency experience; AOR experience is preferred.
- Hold a bachelor's degree (BA).
- Have experience managing large cross-functional teams, including account services, creative, strategy, database, interactive, and print production.
- Have experience working with multiple vendors and managing their timelines and needs.
- Have experience using MS Project or SmartSheets.
- Have advanced experience using a project management financial platform.
- Have excellent Excel skills.
- Have experience leading process improvement efforts.
- Have excellent written and verbal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects and manage a larger book of business.
- Manage end-to-end project development according to business processes, including med/legal submission preparation and submission.
- Create and maintain project status documents, and lead daily and weekly production meetings.
- Develop project milestones and detailed schedules, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines.
- Develop staffing plans, monitor project and campaign budgets weekly, and lead monthly reconciliation meetings.
- Prepare client budget reports with finance assistance as needed.
- Identify project risks and coordinate internal and external resources.
- Manage vendor and agency partner relationships, execution, and deliverables.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and support training of assistant project managers.
- Manage an assistant project manager, including bi-weekly one-on-one meetings.
