- Agency or pharma setting experience is preferred.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate extreme attention to detail.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bring client-facing abilities.
- Have solid presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the client point of contact for active low- and mid-complexity projects.
- Manage client expectations and turn client input into actionable direction.
- Coordinate with Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy, and Technology teams to move work from activation through delivery.
- Create and manage project timelines, resource assignments, and task priorities.
- Manage project budgets, pricing, reconciliation, billing, and financial projections.
- Scope and estimate low- and mid-complexity work and communicate financial status and risks.
- Identify and mitigate project risks before they become issues.
- Facilitate client and team meetings, capture notes, and outline next steps.
- Prepare and lead client submissions and support delivery of projected monthly revenue.
