Job Details

Bring 8+ years of experience in Accounting.
Have a deep understanding of US GAAP and the ability to interpret, document, and operationalize complex accounting scenarios.
Have direct experience with SOX, including identifying and assessing risks and implementing appropriate mitigations.
Demonstrate a track record of managing cross-functional projects from initiation to closure.
Have demonstrated success automating accounting and operational processes.
Bring hands-on experience with a wide range of automation tools.
Communicate clearly and succinctly in writing and verbally across multiple organizational levels.
Build productive relationships across organizations and levels.
Be able to codify information and create and maintain permanent institutional documentation.
Oracle ERP or similar systems experience, including implementation and troubleshooting, is preferred.
Experience with global public companies with more than $1 billion in annual revenue is preferred.

Lead complex strategic initiatives with Controllership leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring work is prioritized and delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Identify, validate, and prioritize operational process automation opportunities and manage their execution.
Contribute to CFO-level automation initiatives through knowledge sharing, advocacy, and project support.
Communicate proactively with stakeholders and follow up to confirm understanding.
Lead change-management efforts by solving problems and encouraging, discussing, and supporting new ideas.
Support stakeholders across Accounting, Tax, SEC Reporting, AP, Billing, Payroll, R&D, and GTM.
