- Have clear, friendly spoken English and good listening skills.
- Have experience with a CRM and calendar tools.
- Demonstrate resilience and consistency in outbound work.
- Have a reliable computer, headset, and stable fibre connection.
- Work UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).
Responsibilities
- Call and email prospects from supplied and researched lists.
- Qualify prospects' interest, budget, and decision-maker status.
- Book meetings directly into the sales team calendar.
- Log every conversation and outcome in the CRM.
- Send reminders to reduce no-shows.
