- Maintain strong internal communication through CRM notes and call recordings.
- Follow up diligently with leads.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Be persuasive and focused on achieving results.
- A neutral American, US, or Canadian accent is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain meticulous CRM records for every interaction.
- Learn about the company and grow within the role.
- Communicate the value of Mediboost’s services during appointment scheduling.
- Manage objections during the appointment-setting process.
- Collaborate with the team to improve scripts and processes for booking rates.
- Identify and implement improvements to appointment-setting workflow efficiency and effectiveness.
- Address inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Produce daily reports on calls made, conversations held, and appointments set.
