Requirements

  • Bring 5-7 years of demonstrable product management experience with a track record of driving user adoption or growth.
  • Have experience partnering with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, activation, or growth for complex web applications.
  • Set long-term strategy while managing and prioritizing execution details across ongoing projects.
  • Use experimentation, including A/B tests, pilots, or phased rollouts, to validate adoption drivers.
  • Tailor communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Have experience in a nimble product delivery organization where product, design, and engineering collaborate closely.
  • Use data-driven measurements and user research to make product decisions.
  • Bring attention to customer-experience design and usability, with empathy for user needs.
  • SQL, Looker, or other data-visualization tools are a plus.
  • Show interest in progressive politics.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap priorities for product adoption across the platform.
  • Manage concurrent adoption and onboarding projects across teams, planning multiple quarters ahead.
  • Create product requirements, roadmaps, release plans, and rollout documentation.
  • Synthesize user interviews, support tickets, usage data, market analysis, and other research into product decisions.
  • Lead discussions on organizational priorities, tradeoffs, and dependencies.
  • Assess the short- and long-term impact of adoption and onboarding decisions on users and the fundraising ecosystem.
  • Communicate adoption metrics, onboarding insights, and growth strategy to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Build alignment with engineering, design, support, data, and marketing teams.
  • Research adoption and onboarding performance using data analysis, competitive analysis, and user research.
